The Lead Maintenance Technician, offered through Revised Personnel, is responsible for overseeing and performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of an apartment property. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, lead a team, ensure safety compliance, manage inventory, and coordinate with contractors. Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills are essential, and prior property maintenance experience is required. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after a successful period.
