Delivery Driver

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented candidate to join our tight-knit team as a Deliver Driver. This is a four/five day a week position (Monday-Friday, ~7:30am-4:30pm) that offers 30+ hours/week, working out of Ceremony's Annapolis Roastery location and being on-the-road. Mondays & Fridays are required, other days are flexible.

Your primary role would be driving our new air conditioned van to deliver products to our cafés & wholesale customers. If you are an outgoing, friendly person, this is a great job where you can see and interact with a variety of customers. Must be able to maneuver half kegs of coffee (160 lbs). There is also opportunity to help with production if interested: bagging and labeling coffee, loading coffee bins, weighing green coffee, etc.

The right candidate maintains a professional-working appearance, drives carefully and courteously, and must have a clean driving record. An ability to lift over 60lbs is a prerequisite. We look for good employment history and positive references, alongside good communication skills, an ability to handle stress/change with grace, a willingness to cooperate and go with the flow, and of course, having solid core values (honesty, integrity, respect).
