Ceremony Coffee Roasters is a quality-driven collective pursuing all things good in coffee. We believe that Coffee Should Be Something Special.
The Delivery Driver is a part-time position with benefits (earned sick leave, wellness benefit, and health/dental/vision subsidy) that can lead to a full-time, salaried position with even more benefits: health/dental/vision subsidy, paid time off for vacation/holidays/sick leave, 401k w/ employer match, a wellness benefit, potential for annual profit-sharing, and opportunities for career advancement.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented candidate to join our tight-knit team as a Deliver Driver. This is a four/five day a week position (Monday-Friday, ~7:30am-4:30pm) that offers 30+ hours/week, working out of Ceremony's Annapolis Roastery location and being on-the-road. Mondays & Fridays are required, other days are flexible.
Your primary role would be driving our new air conditioned van to deliver products to our cafés & wholesale customers. If you are an outgoing, friendly person, this is a great job where you can see and interact with a variety of customers. Must be able to maneuver half kegs of coffee (160 lbs). There is also opportunity to help with production if interested: bagging and labeling coffee, loading coffee bins, weighing green coffee, etc.
The right candidate maintains a professional-working appearance, drives carefully and courteously, and must have a clean driving record. An ability to lift over 60lbs is a prerequisite. We look for good employment history and positive references, alongside good communication skills, an ability to handle stress/change with grace, a willingness to cooperate and go with the flow, and of course, having solid core values (honesty, integrity, respect).
The position starts ASAP and we are actively interviewing now.
Thank you for considering joining our team at Ceremony Coffee Roasters.
