Job Responsibilities

  • Assistant Catering Manager
  • Assists manager assign staffing needed for each event
  • Creates packing lists
  • Back-up to Manager on TPP, administrative duties
  • Runs events as on-site as point/lead
  • Oversees staff on-site when appointed lead
  • May also assist as senior captain when needed
  • Delivers and set-ups drop-off catering orders
  • Works with manager to complete full inventory each month of all supplies
  • Train servers
  • Assists in taking catering requests and discussing the menu with clients

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years working in catering as a server, captain/lead, kitchen staff, or other catering focused role
  • Reliable and responsible character 
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8hrs with minimal breaks to sit-down
  • Positive attitude 
  • Friendly customer-service focused outlook 
  • Ability to learn software system for catering orders (Total Party Planner)
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
