Wachusett Brewing Company Parking and Security

Wachusett Brewing Company is looking for a Parking and Security Team to help ensure that our guest have the best experience possible all while enjoying a safe environment. 

Responsibilities include:

·        Represent the Wachusett Brewing Company brand proudly in our Brew Yard

·        See a Brew Yard Supervisor if you see a potential problem

·        Watch for potential over-served guests, altercations between guests, suspicious behavior

·        Deliver a consistently high-level of guest service

·        Collect empty glasses and return to the bar

·        Clean spills in Brew Yard

·        Pick up loose trash and throw it away

·        Help clean up after closing

·        Thank guests when they are leaving the Brew Yard

·        Be friendly and social

·        Manage the Parking lot and make sure guests are parking in legal spots

·        Restock bar when running low on items

·        Take out full trash bins and replace bags

·        Answer any questions guests ask about brewery

·        Ensure opening stock/inventory of all bathrooms and maintain throughout shift (along with standard checks)

·        Assist with moving kegs as requested

·        bathroom checks

Qualifications / Requirements:

·        Reliable

·        Strong interpersonal skills

·        Ability to listen and answer questions

·        Frequent lifting between 10-25lbs

·        Prior guest service experience

·        Multi-task

·        TIPS certified
