Our company is looking for a driven and determined Inside Sales Representative. We're looking for someone who is looking for growth within an organization as well as someone who can keep relationships with our clients and drive business forward.

Responsibilities:

-Assist Outside Sales Engineers with individual customer quotations. This will include proper selection of equipment and determination of appropriate pricing. 

-Assist Outside Sales Engineers with generation of technical submittal documents.

-Responsible for releasing and ordering equipment in a timely and accurate fashion.

-Work closely with customers and manufacturers to coordinate all aspects of delivery, installation assistance, start-up and warranty issues.

-Produce job specific “Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals” to provide the customer with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipment purchased.

-Work closely with manufacturers to resolve application, ordering, and shipping issues or concerns.

-Assist with job follow-up and estimating projects for bid day.

-Quote and close business with dedicated accounts. 

Requirements:

-Track record of Inside Sales experience within the mechanical, plumbing, or variable refrigerant equipment is preferred

-Ability to work independently  

-Outstanding written and verbal communication 

-Strong interpersonal skills to drive business forward 

-Detail-oriented and great time management skills
