Homeowner Operations Representative - Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts

We are looking for a full time year round Homeowner Operations Representative to join our growing team!  We are looking for someone who is professional, self-motivated and has  a strong work ethic.  The ideal candidate will be professional, out-going and loves working with people.  This position is responsible for supporting our owners, recruiting new business and assisting with other administrative duties with in the owner services department. 

Responsibilities -

·         Maintain and develop relationships with owners

·         Owner newsletters & other correspondences/promo

·         Point of Contact for owners & to handle daily inquiries

·         Recruit new business

·         Unit inspections & guest review follow ups

·         Assist with monthly revenue prep/disbursement

·         Assist with data entry

·         Assist with making owner reservations

·         Assist with admin tasks as required

Skills -

·         Exceptional and professional written, listening and verbal communication skills 

·         Possess a positive, professional attitude and friendly, service-oriented demeanor          

·         Hospitality/sales experience - 1 year      

·         Able to use sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision            

·         Experience with marketing skills a plus  

·         Organized          

·         Microsoft Suite  - 1 year
