Front Desk Representative – Guy Harvey Resort, St. Augustine Beach

We lovingly refer to this position as the First Impression Executive -- Are you a people person with a big smile and a heart for hospitality? No hotel experience? No problem. We’re all about great attitudes and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with warmth and provide a smooth experience from check-in to check-out

• Handle reservations and front desk tasks quickly and accurately

• Be a helpful resource for guest questions, needs, and concerns

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure top-notch service

• Learn and use our property management and point-of-sale systems

• Follow resort policies and procedures to create a seamless guest experience

What You’ll Get:

• Competitive starting pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Availability to work weekends and holidays 

• Dependability and punctuality — we rely on each other

• Friendly, clear communication skills

• Front desk or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required

• Opera Cloud experience — sets you apart from the crowd!
