Position: Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker

Terms: Full-time and part-time positions available


We are a leading counselling practice in Vancouver, BC specializing in empowering our clients to live authentic, meaningful lives. We practice from an intersectional feminist lens, and work with people from all backgrounds and experiences. We are seeking masters-level counsellors for part-time or full-time work. At Peak Resilience we prioritize counsellor well-being because we know we’re humans too, and highly-supported and valued staff do their best work. 


What we’re looking for:

  • Masters degree in counselling psychology, clinical psychology, or social work

  • An understanding and integration of intersectional feminist principles into your work (we accept counsellors working from all theoretical orientations)

  • Registration with an appropriate association or college: RCC, CCC, RSW

  • At least 5 years experience in the helping field - diverse experiences are welcome

  • Strong ability to work with a broad range of clinical issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, self-worth, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationships)

  • Preference for those willing to do some evening and/or weekend work

  • Preference for counsellors with experience and interest in offering clinical consultation or supervision

  • Strong preference for those with experience in relationship counselling 

  • Strong preference for multilingual individuals
