Maintenance Worker

Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs a variety of duties in order to maintain building, grounds, equipment and machinery in the best possible condition considering safety, aesthetics, convenience and cost-effectiveness.  Follows proper safety procedures and performs related duties as required.  Works overtime and in emergency situations as required. *Sign on Bonus available*

Positions Available:  Part-time (Retirement campus)

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:  A positive attitude and willingness to work with the older population.  Current and Valid PA driver’s license (No points on driving abstract).  Able to work flexible schedules. Days, late afternoons/evening and weekends.  Must present self with ultimate professionalism and tact at all times.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.  Effective problem resolution skills.  Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.  Resourcefulness.  Exceptional time management skills.

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:  Experience in various trades, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, communication systems and general carpentry.  Previous experience in facility management preferred.
