Konane Restaurant



The overall scope of the position will be:

Floor operation and management of the following areas

·         Konane Restaurant

·         Home Deliveries

·         Clubhouse Pool

·         Assist with lower level recreation areas

o   Monthly Beverage inventory

o   Overseeing stock levels

o   Managing forecast and budgets

o   Insures team is executing service standards consistently

o   Creates a team schedule

o   Recruiting, training and supervising staff

o   Updating all checklist, PAR stocks and training photos

o   Involved in disciplinary actions, when required

o   Research new products and services

o   POS training and maintenance

o   Handling member enquiries and complaints

o   Work with accounting on member chit discrepancies

o   Problem solving

o   Assists with all food and beverage operations for all departments

o   Assists with member special events.

o   China, Glass and Silver inventories

o   Work with all departments to assist member / prospect needs

o   Build relationships with all members to learn their likes/dislikes to add to member profile.

o   Updating menu collateral as required 

o   Purchase and Organize supplies

o   Establish relationships with vendors

o   Holiday and Special Events planning

o   Promoting and marketing the club

o   Attain Blue Card and maintain Liquor Laws

o   Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislations and guidelines.

o   Maintain Vendor pricing information consistency
