Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and innovative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, has an eye for aesthetics, and understands how to engage audiences across platforms. The Social Media Content Creator will develop, curate, and design engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Visual Design: Create visually compelling graphics, images, and short-form videos to drive engagement and support marketing initiatives.
• Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand captions, post descriptions, and other copy for social media posts.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for new strategies.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on special campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track content performance, and provide insights for optimizing engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing social media content
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro)
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
