Training Coordinator

Momentum at South Bay is seeking a Training Coordinator to organize and deliver non-clinical staff education and training programs that meet state and federal requirements. The ideal candidate has training experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for working with older adults.

• Conduct and schedule new hire orientation and staff training
• Support employees throughout onboarding and probation periods
• Maintain training records, compliance documentation, and education schedules
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure staff meet education, health, and fit-testing requirements
• Perform facility rounds to monitor compliance and safety practices
• Coordinate ongoing education programs across departments and shifts
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist administration as needed

• Training or staff education experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Compassionate and team-oriented approach to resident care
