General Manager

Great opportunity with a fast-paced new local concept that is quickly growing - Ripple & Company.  We are searching for a General Manager to help lead our Event, Catering & Dining Room Teams.

• Minimum Requirements - 3 years of General Manager experience with Event and or Catering background.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant & event operation
  • Recruit and train new hourly team members
  • Training & development of management & culinary teams
  • Manage scheduling, inventory & cash handling with management team
  • Organize and supervise shifts with management team
  • Guest interaction in dining room & with Event hosts
  • Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
  • Participate at local food & community events
  • Respond quickly to customer questions and complaints
  • Revenue & Cost forecasting & management
  • Create & maintain a positive working environment 
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
