Great opportunity with a fast-paced new local concept that is quickly growing - Ripple & Company. We are searching for a General Manager to help lead our Event, Catering & Dining Room Teams.
- Full-time Salaried position available with very competitive compensation.
- Work with a fast paced team in an energetic & fun, casual concept on Upper Main Street.

- Minimum Requirements - 3 years of General Manager experience with Event and or Catering background.
- Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant & event operation
- Recruit and train new hourly team members
- Training & development of management & culinary teams
- Manage scheduling, inventory & cash handling with management team
- Organize and supervise shifts with management team
- Guest interaction in dining room & with Event hosts
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Participate at local food & community events
- Respond quickly to customer questions and complaints
- Revenue & Cost forecasting & management
- Create & maintain a positive working environment
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
