  • No one likes to wait, and you make sure that customer wait times are as low as they can be

  • You also help with developing your store team through ongoing coaching and recognition
  • You love sales and a majority of your job will involve leading by example and showing what doing it right looks like
  • Finally, you’ll help in making sure the store always looks its best

What you’ll do in your role:

  • Assist in managing daily sales operations to deliver an outstanding retail experience that improves customer loyalty
  • Work together with Store Manager to complete all duties necessary in running of the retail store
  • Cash management
  • Inventory management
  • Store merchandising
  • Assist in training store employees on all TCC and T-Mobile sales processes and procedures
  • Act as point of contact for all employee and customer issues when manager is off duty
  • Offer the epitome of customer service verified through Medallia surveys
  • Execute all TCC non negotiables
  • Greet every customer with a Smile, walk to the door, introduce yourself and warm welcome
  • Follow TCC sales process for all new and existing customers (including NBA for existing)
  • Ask for a referral every time and walk the customer to the door upon completion of the visit
  • Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and exceptional sales and post-sale service including follow up calls
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment
  • Drive the sales of products and services by achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, promotions, and policies
  • Participate in social media and various methods in driving customers to our stores
  • Utilize account look up methods with every existing customer
  • Assist in merchandising, SSE tool and planogram as well as store cleanliness duties
  • Achieve personal sales quotas
