●      Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with colleagues, parents, and—if assigned—a classroom assistant to provide personalized attention to every student.

●      Celebrate Individual Gifts: Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs.

●      Strengthen Family Faith: Engage families as partners in the mission of Christian formation, reflecting our belief that through our children, we strengthen the faith of our St. Gregory families.

What You Bring

●      Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (or related field)

●      Valid Louisiana teaching certification (or willingness to work toward obtaining one)

●      Experience teaching elementary students—3rd grade preferred

●      Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to integrate faith into teaching

●      Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for children

●      Strong classroom management and communication skills
