We are looking for a self-starter who can managing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Act as the point of contact between the President and internal/external clients with discretion and confidentiality.
- Schedules travel and lodging arrangements. Coordinates meetings, facilities and provides event management support.
- Composes, proof reads and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations; assists in executing projects and related materials.
- Initiates and independently researches information requests, gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data for projects and reports.
- Efficient data entry and light accounting duties as needed.
- Errands as needed, including banks, post office, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Advanced personal computer skills necessary to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, et cetera.
- Ability to work on own initiative with little direction, to identify issues requiring attention, and to initiate and manage projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, with attention to detail
