Finance Assistant

This position full-time 5 days on-site and after 90 day trial period 4 days on site and 1 day remote

Assisting with daily administrative duties in the finance department. 

  •  Act as primary agency contact for cell phones, Mifi, and vehicles.
  • Manage technology and equipment inventory for the organization.
  • Liaison between programs, insurance company and Enterprise for all company vehicles.
  • Ensure insurance company is notified promptly of any vehicle related accidents.
  • Maintain office supplies used by department.
  • Ensure all department information is properly filed in an organized manner.
  • Review all department files to ensure all documents are properly archived.
  • Assist data entry processing of A/R and A/P as needed.
  • Assist in preparing various financial reports as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure timely completion of monthly close.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Attend and participates in all applicable training and meetings. 

Qualifications:                   

  • High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Advanced skills and understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel).
