Business Developer

ND Landscape Services Georgetown, MA $80000.00 to $120000.00 per year
ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. 

We currently have a full-time position available for a Business Developer (BD) to aggressively grow our Commercial Maintenance and Snow & Ice Management division. This position will be responsible for all sales activities of the maintenance division from lead generation to closing to production handoff. The BD will develop and implement a marketing and sales plan which will accomplish the growth goals of the maintenance division. This position works closely with the operations and administrative team for the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals that support the vision and values of the company.


  • Work with Sales Manager and Leadership Team to develop and implement an annual marketing and sales plan
  • Ensure bid time frames are executed and scope of work items are being properly estimated
  • Generate customized solutions-based proposals and presentations that will position our company as best choice provider
  • Work with Administration and Production team to hand off recent sales to ensure that “Sales Promises” are communicated 
  • Coordinate all company marketing efforts
  • Electronic marketing - Initiate web and email campaigns that will lead to future sales
  • Sponsorships and contributions - Manage all budget items that are designated for the marketing and goodwill of the company

  • Experience in the commercial landscape maintenance and snow industry or commercial property management experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, Environmental Design, or Landscape Architecture preferred
