Care Service Manager primary responsibilities are, but not limited to,
coordinating, supporting, and managing all Route Service day to day
activities as they relate to the Ambulatory Care Service Representatives and
Ambulatory Care Customer base.
position will work in an office and sometimes be out on the road (Must be
willing to travel)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management: provide management support to the production personnel when
Management (ACSM): Direct and support AC Service staff to ensure ACSR
logistical needs are met.
Supervisor and Service Rep Professional Development: Train and Support ACSS and
ACSR personnel to grow the AC division in accordance with HCSC Ambulatory Care Mission,
Vision, and Values
Process: Actively participate in outlining, supporting, communicating sales
leads to Hub Manager and Sales Force.
Paperwork Reporting: Ensure all AC paperwork is complete and sent to
appropriate locations. Ability to perform analysis of completed paperwork to
provide linen and garment usage information
Visitation (Manager): Pro-actively schedule a monthly visitation for themselves
and the Service Reps.
Care Incentive Program: Direct, support, and track all aspects of the KPI
Incentive program criteria throughout the fiscal year
Management: Supervise, plan, and coordinate the truck fleet and fuel reports to
ensure effective and efficient maintenance schedules. Coordinate truck
schedules to promote longevity.
Receivable: Regular communication and coordination with Hub Manager to help in
all collections efforts.
Agreement Proposals/Renewals: Assist Hub Manager to manage, maintain, and
initiate conversation or action plans for customer agreement renewals and/or renewal

**All new hires are eligible for Bonuses. You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service.**
