Warm Up Ring Crew

Thunderbird Show Park is seeking reliable and attentive Warm-Up Crew Members to support the safe and efficient operation of competition warm-up arenas throughout the season. This role is essential to maintaining organized, functional, and safe warm-up spaces during busy show days.

Warm-Up Crew Members are responsible for setting up warm-up jumps, moving equipment to accommodate tractor drags, and keeping arenas clear and well-maintained during use. The role requires team members to clear manure promptly, and stay alert in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be comfortable working around horses, physically able to move and lift equipment, and able to remain focused and safety-minded at all times.
