As a direct care professional, you will get to influence or choose your own schedule, have access to ongoing staffing opportunities, and experience real support from people on your client's team with a clear point of contact. Our onboarding process is quick and simple––we require a background screening, and offer free training courses for those who may be new to this field. Once onboarded, we aim to connect you to shifts that fit your availability within a week of your start date!

This is a contract position only–––please note the hourly wage is determined based on the type of service provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Impact Lives: Help individuals achieve their goals, such as budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community involvement.
• Build Relationships: Foster real connections while supporting people through their daily activities.
• Empower Independence: Encourage individuals to participate in their favorite community activities and make meaningful choices.
• Provide Personal Support: Assist with personal hygiene as needed, and support with behavioral challenges and more complex needs. This may include transportation as well.

What You’ll Bring to Alianza:

• Education: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Behaviors: Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Vehicle Requirements: Valid driver’s license (Required) and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
