Bilingual Patient Care Representative (Call Center)
PCP for Life is looking to hire bilingual call center agents for our family practice clinics. Our clinics are open 7 days a week, Mon -- Fri 8 am -- 8 pm and Sat/Sun 8 am -- 6 pm.
Our practice has more than 20 providers and a staff of 150+ and growing. We are looking for candidates who are looking for a career in healthcare, and not just a job. We have entry-level positions available- with room for growth based on performance. If you are already an experienced Medical Assistant or Scribe, we have lucrative positions with future leadership roles. For our call center positions, the only requirement is the readiness to work, travel, and excellent customer service skills. We prefer to hire bilingual candidates due to our patient demographics, however, it is not a requirement.
