Job Description:

The team member on this position Manages Hotel F&B outlets by:

  • Promoting teamwork
  • Supervise all F&B staff
  • In charge of maintaining costs through inventory controls
  • In charge of the ordering process
  • Assist with the planning and executing of menus with the Kitchen manager
  • In charge of activities/events as it pertains to the dining room, bar locations and banquets
  • In charge of advertising and marketing F&B outlets by working with our Mtkg Dept
  • In charge of maintaining budget, prepare payroll, tracking and controlling food costs
  • In charge of interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling personnel
  • In charge of the onsite MICROS POS system (training available)
  • In charge of all things F&B

 *Bonus - $250 after 30 days of employment and $250 after Labor Day if employed still.
