All American Concrete Form Inc Lehigh Valley, PA Based on Experience
All American Concrete Form is looking to hire a Controller for our company. The Controller will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company. This candidate will provide leadership and coordination in the administration, financial reporting, accounting and budgeting, reports directly to the owners of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for all AP, AR and payroll functions.
Preparation of the yearly financial statements.
Reviews and recommends adjustments to monthly financials.
Preparation of monthly financial reporting package to include balance sheet, income statement, cost variance to budget report, cash flow forecast and break even analysis
Establishes and maintains systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data and enhance the Organization’s value.
Prepare all applicable business and tax forms.
Ensure all subcontractors and vendors meet all requirements of contract agreements prior to payment.
Advise management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities. Direct determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets.
Prepare tax information required for corporate tax returns.

Skills Required:

8-10 years’ experience in accounting with construction experience
Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and working bank knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload to produce desired results.
Solid computer skills including Microsoft 365.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
