HR Administrator
Title Alliance is looking for an energetic and eager to learn HR Administrator to join their growing team! The HR Administrator will support the HR team by handling various tasks to help keep the team on track and successful.
Job Responsibilities:
· Posting positions to our various job boards
· Scheduling candidate and manager in person and Zoom interviews
· Onboarding new hires
· Completing first day paperwork for new hires
· Assisting with metric tracking
· Pulling reports from our HRIS and payroll system
· Supporting the CHRO with miscellaneous tasks
· Special projects assigned
Qualifications:
· At least 1-year HR experience, whether this was an internship or entry level
· Strong Attention to detail
· Exceptional multi-tasking skills
· Eager to learn and grow in HR
