MDS Nurse

Long island Care Center is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.

Previous MDS experience required. Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.

Requirements:

NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.

Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.

Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.

Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $56.41 per hour

Work Location: In person
