Summary:

Responsible for advancing Messenger International’s vision by serving as the relational bridge between partners and Messenger international.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Nurture and sustain relationships with an assigned group of partners

·       Deliver personalized reports, updates through proactive contact

·       Track milestones and giving patterns for sustained engagement

·       Contribute to planning and segmentation strategy campaigns

·       Customize outreach in collaboration with Managers to improve relevance and tone

·       Engage high-touch partner segments involved in organization-wide initiatives

·       Provide insights to support retention and operational improvements

·       Represent partner’s voices and experiences in internal conversations as appropriate

·       Collaborate with Development team members to refine workflows and recommend improvements

·       Regularly update and verify partner account details for assigned caseload

·       Support campaign rollout with cross-functional coordination as needed

·       Other related work, as assigned

Education and/or Experience: 

·       3+ years of experience in donor relations, development, or ministry leadership

·       Familiar with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

·       Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana or similar online tools

·       Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and support donor retention

General Qualifications:

·       Warm, service-minded communicator

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Strong relational instincts with discretion and maturity

·       Strategic awareness of donor lifecycles and campaign engagement practices

·       Willingness to offer peer guidance and represent donor perspectives

·       High integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with Messenger’s values

Work Location:
Colorado Springs, CO area. Must be able to present evidence of identity and legal right to work in the United States.

Job Type/Schedule:

Full-time, 40-hour work week with the potential for occasional overtime. This is an hourly position and is subject to overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Pay:

This has a salary range of $20.00 - $28.00 / hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
