Juliette Fowler Communities is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Business Office Assistant to support our Business Office operations. This part‑time, onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to a mission‑driven organization that makes a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Office Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and well organized by supporting daily accounting and billing activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, billing, deposits, and general accounting support
  • Process invoices, support check runs, manage vendor setup and W‑9s, and assist with payment processing
  • Support billing and collections by generating and distributing monthly statements and helping resolve billing discrepancies
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards and assist with treasury and cash deposit activities
  • Help maintain audit readiness by organizing documentation and assisting with month‑end close, audits, and 1099 reporting
  • Respond to ad‑hoc requests and support the Business Office team as needed
  • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and alignment with Juliette Fowler Communities’ values

  • Previous experience in accounting, billing, or office administration is a plus
