Position Summary

At PrimeLine Capital, the non-licensed mortgage Loan Officer will assume the position of Production Manager while in preparation for their NMLS licensing exam. The successful completion of this NMLS exam is required to retain and assume the position of a licensed mortgage Loan Officer. The Production Manager is responsible for contacting prospective borrowers and act as a guide through the application process. Upon successful completion of NMLS licensing exam and training courses, the Production Manager will assume the new role of licensed Loan Officer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing purchase and refinance mortgage loans to clients
  • Outbound calling to prospective clients (warm leads) to help find them the best deal
  • Mastering sales techniques and strategies to provide excellent service to clients
  • Sifting through several lender options and finding the best fit for clients
  • Consistently strive to be the best and crush all sales goals and expectations
  • Act as main point of contact for anything that requires a mortgage license
  • Provide excellent service to build repeat and referral relationships with both clients and realtors
  • Becoming a professional in all-things “Mortgage” to better advise clients
  • Marketing yourself as a professional and building your reputation as “best in the business”
  • Constantly prospecting to generate more business and grow your referral/client network


Minimum Qualifications & Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Relentless positivity
  • Ambitious (desire to be the best)
  • Coachable and hungry for constant growth and self-development

 

Desired Qualifications & Education

  • Successful completion of the NMLS licensing exam
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong problem solving experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, etc…)
  • Experience with Encompass software
  • Experience with Velocify Lead Management software
  • Familiar with Zoom communication platform
