The Property Manager position
requires a highly organized, personable, and service-oriented individual with
excellent communication skills. This individual will be responsible for the
overall financial and operational management of their assigned neighborhood
within the Moonlight Basin community. The goal of this position is to maintain
efficient operations with an owner first mentality to deliver a consistently
Manage the administration,
improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the residential properties
in assigned neighborhood (roughly 25 residences). To include:
o Responsible for recording all billable time and bill homes
o Complete end of month billing for homes in assigned
o Complete routine maintenance service orders in homes of
o Perform weekly inspections of all homes and submit inspection
Determine whether repairs and/or
maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the home.
o Inspect and balance hot tubs on a weekly basis.

ability to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
Previous similar experience preferred.
