Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping our facilities, equipment and grounds operating efficiently.  A Maintenance Technician is required to perform a wide range of preventative maintenance activities, diagnostics and repairs.  They are also required to carry out all MIOSHA and OSHA rules as well.  He/She, as the Maintenance Technician, is service minded and values working collaboratively as a team, typically on-site, with a traditional Monday- Friday work week so as to be available to, responsive and supportive of colleagues and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Oversees and assists with the maintenance of all of our equipment, facilities and properties through preventative maintenance and immediate repairs.

·      Works proactively using efficient, effective, innovative most up-to-date methods to keep equipment and facility ready for the changes of seasons.

·      On call for emergencies outside of normal business hours and occasionally is required to travel off‑site.

·      Operates the tractor and forklift and learns their implements.
