Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Reports To: Breakfast Supervisor / Hotel Manager
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked breakfast experience for hotel guests in accordance with IHG brand standards. This role focuses on food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities-
Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service hours

Prepare and replenish breakfast items (hot and cold) according to IHG brand standards

Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper presentation at all times

Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures

Greet guests warmly and assist with questions or special requests

Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

Break down and clean breakfast area after service

Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous food service or hospitality experience a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Standing and walking for long periods

Lifting, carrying, and bending as needed

Working in a kitchen environment with hot equipment

Fast-paced hotel breakfast service area

Early morning hours (5:30a-10a)
