• Provide health care services in patients' residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Accompany patients to doctor's appointments
• Assist with errands, as needed
• Help clients with personal care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition

• Active HHA Certification in the state of New York
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
• 2 Recommendation Letters
• Recent Physical
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
• Chest X-Ray if Positive
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work (MMR'S)
• Chain of Custody Drug Screen (Not Neccesary)
