Part Time Credit Card Processing Specialist


Position Summary

The Credit Card Specialist position is responsible for making and pulling any daily or past due reports, assist customers with problems or questions, work all applications, coordinate events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.     Balance daily reports and internal accounts

2.     Pull and review past due reports weekly. Submit reports to special assets and communicate with them to collect on delinquent accounts

3.     Coordinate any credit card contest, promotions, etc. and disseminate information (work with marketing)

4.     Work all credit card applications, make new account folders

5.     Post all credit card payments via Client Link

6.     Provide any maintenance on credit card processors system including lost/stolen cards, reissues, etc. 

7.     Receive and handle problem calls from cardholders regarding credit card transactions to include resolution or errors in compliance with regulations

8.     Prepare reconciliations of all GL and DDA accounts

9.     Answer questions and balance account daily

10.  Adheres to the BSA Policy and all other Bank Policies.

11.  Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Minimum qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills. 
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Previous banking experience a plus.
