Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a seasoned RN leader to step into a Weekend Supervisor role. This is a leadership position, not an entry-level role, ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in accountability, enjoys leading teams, and understands the pace and regulatory demands of skilled nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight during weekend shifts

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

• Ensure compliance with state and federal SNF regulations

• Manage staffing needs, assignments, and nursing labor efficiently

• Serve as the primary nursing leader and escalation point on weekends

• Monitor clinical issues, address concerns, and support survey readiness

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuity of care and operations

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required)

• Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience (required)

• Previous supervisory or management experience (required)

• Strong knowledge of SNF regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Proven understanding of nursing labor management and staffing

• Demonstrated leadership presence, decision-making, and communication skills
