SmartLinx Solutions is a rapidly expanding Workforce Management SaaS company looking for a talented and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Enterprise level Sales team. Job Function: 

Smartlinx is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for talented Sales Executives to sell into new logo accounts. Successful Sales Executives are true hunters and know their territory inside and out. They prospect, qualify and close business in the senior and long term care space and understand how to walk a prospect through a successful sales cycle. This person will preferably have experience selling into SaaS space to Enterprise level accounts and can take prospect's challenges and use them to their advantage through consultative selling. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new prospects and business opportunities
  • Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients at executive levels
  • Assess customer needs and qualify sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Accurately forecast software, professional services and training opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Track all prospect activity in salesforce.com
  • Analyze and understand customer needs and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes
  • Establish clear meeting agendas and coordinate internal resources
  • Represent SmartLinx at local, regional and national trade shows and events
  • Continuously learn SmartLinx products, value and fit into the customer base


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field of study
  • Self-starter with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience selling software solutions to and large corporations
  • Proven success of quota over-attainment throughout sales career
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence
  • Experience selling human capital management and/or workforce management solutions preferred
  • Experience with Sandler preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry is a must
  • Well versed in Salesforce.com
  • Skilled with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
