Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team across multiple shifts in a locally family-owned nursing home group.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN or physician
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support CNAs and Medication Aides
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Reliable attendance and flexible with scheduling needs
