Assistant Cafe Manager - Seaholm

Provide exemplary customer service as a coffee professional.

Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and clearly engage/communicate/educate product information to customers.

Participate and attend staff offered trainings, education and cuppings for certification.

Cash handling.

Represent brand through proper appearance and clean and well-organized bar.

Collaborate and Inspire in a Team Environment.

Key Holder and manage team during shift.

Ordering, Par management, Scheduling, Reconcile POS drawer reports, approve time in scheduling system.

Educate, Train and development of team according to Merit Coffee training criteria and assisting store trainer.

Interview and Hire new team members.

Work with DMO to meet monthly sales goals.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending and the ability to push, pull and lift 30lbs.

Must hold a current Managers Food Handlers Certification.

Proven previous Management Experience profitably and operationally a must! (Specialty Coffee experience a bonus, but not required)
