Expo | The Copperfield – Chaska, MN

$19-$23 per hour

The Copperfield is hiring Expos for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. We’re looking for organized, detail-oriented team members who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoy keeping service running efficiently between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

As an Expo at The Copperfield, you’ll help coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring every plate is accurate, organized, and ready to deliver with great presentation.

What You’ll Do:
• Organize and coordinate food orders during service
• Ensure plates are accurate, complete, and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and food runners
• Maintain a smooth and efficient flow between the kitchen and dining room
• Prioritize orders and manage timing during busy service periods
• Keep the expo line clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams wherever needed
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Previous restaurant or expo experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
