Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS)

Are you maniacal in your focus on achieving your sales plan? Are you seen as an overachiever? Do you have demonstrated results selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise accounts? If so, this might be for you!  

We are looking for experienced and driven Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate the growth of Stormboard. You will report to the VP of Sales and be a part of a diverse and dynamic Sales Organization that will have you manage complex sales inside of some of the World’s largest and best known companies. You will have inbound and outbound selling opportunities, plus accounts with significant growth potential in your territory. Stormboard is a fully remote organization, and this will be a work from home role with some travel required. 


What you will do: 

  • You will own the full sales cycle from qualifying the lead through to close. 
  • This is a selling role, and your main responsibilities will be closing new logos and selling expansion opportunities into existing Enterprise Accounts; Driving new revenue is the primary focus. 
  • Consistently exceed Sales Plan. 
  • Be the primary point of contact for Customer Stakeholders and Executive Sponsors. 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics. 
  • Responsible for partnership with Customer Success to keep current clients satisfied and for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Liaise between the Customer and Internal Teams as required. 
  • Track all activity and communication in the CRM system. 
  • Partner with Customer Success in Account Strategy and Planning sessions. 
  • Help gain competitive, market intelligence. 
  • Act with the strategy to grow Enterprise deployments into true Enterprise-wide roll outs.

 

Who you are: 

  • 10 years of proven, successful Enterprise Sales experience in a SaaS environment. 
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative. 
  • You hate losing deals.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 
  • Tech savvy. 
  • Engaged in social media. 
  • A pipeline builder.
