Administrative Support Specialist

What do you need?

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
  • Ability and motivation to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Troubleshooting/ problem resolution skills 

What will you do?

  • Serve as a contact for plan vendors and third party administrators
  • Upload 401(k) contributions on a per payroll basis
  • Prepare quarterly Fi360 reports
  • Prepare employee reporting necessary for annual compliance testing
  • Process participant documents and request such as: enrollment forms, loans, distributions etc.  
  • Implement new plans; complete and process new plan documents and advising agreements, set up retirement service in payroll software
  • Send and track sending of all required notices in accordance with IRS guidelines
  • Daily maintenance of plans under management guidance
