Providence Engineering and Environmental Group are looking
for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term temporary
position, located in Kenner, Louisiana.
We are searching for someone to perform a wide
variety of clerical and administrative assistance to office personnel, such as
organizing and directing office services, word processing, answering/routing
phone calls, and other clerical services as directed by management. These tasks
include, but does not limit to general word processing, document creation,
editing, formatting, production, copying, billing, and bookkeeping.
What would you

combined with 3+ years experience with office operations
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general
business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence,

should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm.
