Pinnacle Lifestyles is seeking an energetic and hands-on Resort Management Couple to lead one of our beautiful RV & Cabin Resorts throughout the camping season.

This is a unique opportunity for a couple who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and work well together. We are looking for two complementary skill sets:

One partner who thrives in hospitality, guest service and team leadership.  One partner with strong maintenance, construction, electrical, plumbing, landscaping or mechanical experience who enjoys taking pride in keeping a resort operating at its best.

Together, you'll live on-site, build relationships with guests, lead a seasonal team, and create memorable camping experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of the resort.

This seasonal position runs April through October. Accommodation is provided on-site in your own RV or one of our company-provided RVs (subject to availability). Couples are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Lead front desk and reservation operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
• Ensure cabins, washrooms and public spaces exceed cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate resort events and long weekend activities.
• Promote local attractions and experiences.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere throughout the resort.

Maintenance & Property Care

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues.
• Complete carpentry, repairs and general construction projects.
• Maintain landscaping, grounds and common areas.
• Coordinate contractors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure resort amenities remain safe, functional and guest-ready.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and seasonal improvements.
