Job Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring hotel departments are working together and everyone is focused on exceeding the needs of our guests.

Know the rules and make sure the hotel complies with federal, state and local laws regarding health, safety, and alcohol services.  

Establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines in order to ensure complete guest satisfaction.  Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Build and Foster Front Office Staff.  Create an engaging environment to motivate people to join, training to help them do their best, and advance with the company.  Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departments management.  Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.

Manager on Duty as assigned.

Assist General Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operation plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the company.  Team up with Sales and help with brainstorming and implementing occupancy and revenue-boosting strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent, plus experience in operations or some prior general management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must speak fluent English.  Other languages preferred.

Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred), Customer service: 1 year (Preferred), Computer skills including email, excel, word, PowerPoint and brand-related software, Valid driver’s license.
