Summer Server – Fischer Platz, Outdoor Biergarten

This casual outdoor biergarten is where guests gather for cold drinks, light bites, live music, and a fun, special atmosphere all summer long. Our Fischer Platz Servers bring that energy to life- creating a welcoming, upbeat experience for every guest.  If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a fun, high energy team, this is a great summer opportunity. 

About the Role

Fischer Platz operates with a casual, concession-style service model - guests order at the counter and enjoy their food, drinks, and entertainment throughout the outdoor space.

You'll help take guest orders, prepare food and beverages, and keep the area clean, organized, and welcoming during service. You will also play a part in maintaining the fun, upbeat environment that makes Fischer Platz a favorite summer destination.

What You'll Do

• Assist guests with food and beverage selection and ordering
• Prepare & serve light menu items and drinks
• Keep service areas stocked, clean, and organized
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic atmospher
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

What We're Looking For

• Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high-energy environment
• Accurate cash handling

Schedule & Availability 

• Season runs May-September (weather permitting)
• Saturday & Sunday availability required
• Typical Shifts are 10a-6pm; 12pm-8pm; or 3pm-Close (between 10pm-11:30pm)
