 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Check the menu and prepare Noon meal entrée
  2. Assist with Noon meal preparation as needed
  3. Prepare evening meal
  4. Prepare and chart all Special Diets
  5. Serve Noon meal on assigned unit
  6. Eat on assigned unit and assist residents with the meal as needed
  7. Collect, wash and return all dirty dishes
  8. Cover, label and store leftovers per Health Department code
  9.  Daily cleaning tasks as scheduled
  10.  Check next day menu and prep as necessary
  11.  Put away order on the stock day following Health Department guidelines
  12.  Rotate stock using “first in first out” method
  13.  Report to Dietary Aide instructions for an evening meal
  14.  Ensure kitchen is clean at the end of the shift
  15.  Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.

 Hours are: 6a-2p, 9a-5p, 8a-4p, or 6:30a-2:30p.
