Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Check the menu and prepare Noon meal entrée
- Assist with Noon meal preparation as needed
- Prepare evening meal
- Prepare and chart all Special Diets
- Serve Noon meal on assigned unit
- Eat on assigned unit and assist residents with the meal as needed
- Collect, wash and return all dirty dishes
- Cover, label and store leftovers per Health Department code
- Daily cleaning tasks as scheduled
- Check next day menu and prep as necessary
- Put away order on the stock day following Health Department guidelines
- Rotate stock using “first in first out” method
- Report to Dietary Aide instructions for an evening meal
- Ensure kitchen is clean at the end of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.
Hours are: 6a-2p, 9a-5p, 8a-4p, or 6:30a-2:30p.
