Director of Annual Giving

The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for supporting activities of the annual giving team including, cultivation and solicitation programming related to various audiences,  Day of Giving, monthly giving programs, Arts Angels and community as well as donor relations and stewardship programming.  The director will manage a portfolio for leadership annual gifts and will represent the office at various on and off campus events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• CFRE preferred

• 4-6 years experience in communications and/or fundraising

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel

• Valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary

• Must be able to work in a team environment

• Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity

• Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
