Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences that spark curiosity and connection? Join the YMCA of Collier County and help deliver a dynamic summer filled with enrichment, leadership development, and engaging activities for youth in grades K–5.

The Enrichment & Engagement Camp Leader is a key member of our summer team, providing direct supervision and leading interactive activities that promote creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal growth. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, this role ensures a safe, structured, and inspiring camp environment.

• Provide direct supervision to campers (K–5th grade), ensuring safety and well-being

• Plan and implement enrichment activities such as STEM challenges, team-building games, leadership projects, and themed experiences

• Foster engagement, inclusion, and positive peer interactions

• Maintain program areas, materials, and supplies

• Follow YMCA policies and procedures at all times

• Build strong, professional relationships with campers

• Model YMCA core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

• Experience working with school-age children

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead groups in a fun, structured, and active environment

• Energetic, creative, dependable, and team-oriented
