What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role where your skills will directly power the production of equipment used around the world. As a Machine Operator at Morse Manufacturing, you won’t just run machines—you’ll play a vital role in building high-quality parts that keep people safe and businesses moving around the world.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous machine operation experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
